材料：紫薯、黃豆、水
做法：
1.黃豆洗淨泡水1小時
2.紫薯連皮洗淨切片蒸熟
3.黃豆加水蒸熟
4.最後將蒸熟的紫薯和黃豆加水放入果汁機打碎即可
