材料：蓮子、白木耳、冰糖
做法：
1.蓮子去芯泡水1小時
2.白木耳泡水至軟
3.白木耳加水放入果汁機打5秒
4.倒出一半白木耳與水
5.將剩餘白木耳與些許水再一起打至稠狀
6.將全部白木耳、水與蓮子一起煮熟後加入冰糖即可
