材料:綠花椰菜、馬鈴薯、洋蔥、奶油、熱開水、鹽、義大利香料
作法:
1.花椰菜與馬鈴薯洗淨切塊蒸熟
2.洋蔥切片與奶油入鍋炒香
3.加入1/2花椰菜拌炒
4.全部撈起放入果汁機裡加熱開水打勻即可
